FOR breakfast I'll have fruit mangoes or pineapple usually - or oats with cold milk and a banana, plus a cup of jasmine green tea and fruit juice. For a morning snack I'll have a slice of toast or another banana, then for lunch it'll be pasta with tomatoes and basil or a salad sandwich on brown bread.

Sometimes I'll have a chocolate bar in the afternoon, just to be a bit naughty, but not every day. Most days I have a couple of cups of coffee and lots of water. For dinner I'll do maybe stir-fried beef with vegetables or garlic chicken with salad, although I have a Chinese or Indian takeway maybe once a week.

If I'm stressed I have a tendency to comfort eat, which could mean tucking into an awful Ginsters sausage roll at 2am, but that's usually when I'm on the road and if I'm at home I try and stick to a healthy regime. …
