Keane glad to prove his point ROBBIE KEANE today insisted Tottenham's late equaliser against Arsenal proved the team doesn't collapse against the best sides and that they are closing the gap on their north London rivals.

Spurs looked like they were heading to their third defeat of the season to Arsene Wenger's men until Jermaine Jenas fired into the bottom corner in the fifth minute of injury time to claim a 2-2 draw.

Keane (below) said: "We still owe Arsenal a couple of results after what happened earlier this season and it was unfortunate we didn't get the three points. We know there are critics out there who have questioned us after the big games, but we don't bottle the big games and our record in the UEFA Cup this season proves that.

"We had a British record of eight straight wins and that was against some very good sides so that proves we can compete against the best. …
