Dunston Social Club are still on course for a terrific treble after winning the First Division Cup.

They defeated Felling Leam Rangers 3-0 at Albany Park and have Allerdene to face in the Bob Curry Cup final.

The Gateshead side took another step towards the league title with a 6-0 win over third-placed Allerdene.

The scores were level at the interval ( but Social went into cruise control in the second half and goals from Thirkell, Cavanagh (2), Pegram, Hay and Kavanagh wrapped up the points in emphatic style.

Fiddlers remain in second place after a 2-0 victory over relegated Corporation Club, Andy Hall bagging a brace.

Felling Leam Rangers continue to flirt with relegation after a 3-2 home defeat to Wessington.

Ian Brown and Ray Oshin (below) nabbed Felling's goals with Steve Willey hitting the winner for Wessington.

Vigo lost 2-1 at home to Victoria with McAdam on target.

The Birtley outfit are out of danger at the bottom and will play in only their second cup final in 19 years when they face Fiddlers in the North West Durham Cup decider. …
