TS19 takes in a really wide mix of Stockton communities.

You have suburbs such as Fairfield where you'll find some of the larger executive properties.

And then you have the areas of Roseworth and Hardwick, which have a lot of former local authority houses - many of which are now in private ownership.

There is also a lot of regeneration work going on in this area of Stockton.

TS19 has got great access for local amenities with everything you need in Stockton town centre.

There are good transport links via the A19 and A66 to reach the rest of Teesside and places like Teesside Park.

Areas such as Elm Tree and Whitehouse Farm offer a great choice of homes.

Whitehouse Farm is also popular as a retirement location with its good selection of bungalows and handy local facilities.

Fairfield is another area with lots of choice - from one-bedroom apartments up to executive properties.

Prices have kept pace with the rest of Teesside in this area.

TS19 is an area with great appeal to a wide range of people.
