STUNNING autumn sport continues at LOCKWOOD BECK, as Les Davison proved.

The Teessider caught a full tailed rainbow of 11lb 12oz from a boat.

He used a Red Buzzer, proof that the fish are continuing to take small natural patterns.

They may move increasingly to lures as temperatures fall, but while it remains mild dries and nymphs will catch along with lures.

Anglers are reminded that bait fishing (worm and maggot only) is permitted at Lockwood from November 1.

Ticket prices are pounds 20 (four fish no catch and release on bait). Juniors from 12 to 16 can fish for pounds 10 (four fish).

Juniors under 12 can share an adult ticket.

Also at Lockwood Beck, Paul Maddison caught a 12lb rainbow, the biggest of the week, on a Cat's Whisker fished from a boat.

Top angling writer Charles Jardine caught a 9lb rainbow.

The fish have been feeding hard, and Mark Walker took advantage with 51 fish over three days, most coming from the dam, and wood side bank. …
