Yesterday a team of us were at the beautiful Gibside Chapel in Gateshead doing a photo shoot for next Saturday's Living to follow up on the recent arrival of the Vivienne Westwood shop on Hood Street, Newcastle.

There were to be four models so I asked Danielle Hall who is a make up artist who works on the MAC House of Fraser counter in the Metro Centre to assist.

We arrived early, so we spoke to the Lydia who'd helped arrange using the location and took the opportunity to set up before the others arrived.

For depth through the inner and outer socket, and just under the eye I used a dab of eye shadows Shadowy Lady and Sketch mixed together. No mascara to give it that edge, and #35 MAC lashes, my absolute favourite.

I lined Ashley's full lips with MAC pencil in Spice and used a colour I'd kind of forgotten about and haven't used for a long time, Strength lipstick. …
