JAMIE NOON is on his bike - but relax, you Falcons fans, he isn't leaving Kingston Park.

It's all in the good name of charity.

Jamie and friends are climbing upon mountain bikes to cycle coast to coast to raise money for the British Heart Foundation.

It's Jamie's way of doing something positive after what happened to his nana Shirley and dad Russ.

Both, to heighten the shock, while he was absent away on international duty.

"My nana died during the World Cup," recalled Noon.

"I wore a black armband in her memory against South Africa, when I suffered the injury that ended my tournament.

"She had fought heart problems for years and had a valve replacement when she was 30.

"She lived in Tenerife, but the funeral was back home and I was able to attend because I had returned from France through my knee injury.

"Dad suffered a heart attack while I was in Scotland for the Murrayfield match.

"He had severe chest pains and crumpled to his knees - this a man who was only 50, didn't smoke or drink, and visited the gym regularly. …
