New Identity Scheme for Office Building; Commercial Property

HIGH profile North East developer UK Land Estates (UKLE) is investing in a relaunch of its Tyne Bridge Tower office building to help find a tenant once a refurbishment programme is complete.

UKLE has committed to refurbishing the unloved 1960s tower block after failing to win permission from Gateshead planners to transform the building into an apartment block, with a curved extension on the east side, facing The Sage Gateshead.

The company has now hired marketing agency Adessi to design a new image for the prominent building, which stands at the Gateshead end of the Tyne Bridge, within 100 yards of The Sage Gateshead.

Despite its dated look, Tyne Bridge Tower boasts an impressive location with dramatic views of the Newcastle and Gateshead skyline. Adessi is now producing a new identity for the building and supporting print and online marketing materials to reflect its position and the benefits it offers.
