BAKER COUNTY

Hours: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Locations: Supervisor of Elections Office at 32 N. Fifth St. Contact office for days.

CLAY COUNTY

Hours: 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday-Saturday.

Locations: 1417-1 S. Orange Ave., Green Cove Springs; Fleming Island Library, 1895 Town Center Blvd.; 1518 Park Ave., Orange Park; 3245 Bear Run Blvd., Middleburg; 275 S. Lawrence Blvd., Keystone Heights.

DUVAL COUNTY

Hours: 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Monday-Friday and 1-5 p.m. Saturday-Sunday.
