Vent Your Spleen

Article excerpt

I AM furious about the decision to introduce sex education to young schoolchildren. Who do these people think they are to make decisions like this? They appear to overlook the fact that children go to school to be educated.

The job of sex education is the responsibility of parents, although nowadays children from about eight or nine know all there is to know about sex, simply because of the TV with its sex references, along with its four-letter words.

My children, a boy and a girl aged under 10, are strictly ruled by their father and me as to where they are and what they get up to and we answer all questions they need to ask at their age.

So thank you but I will not allow any teacher to start spouting off about sex and I am sure many parents will agree with me.

It has also emerged he killed a mallard duck in 2003. We read he hopes to start a course in English and maths to help him start work. What a waste of taxpayers' money. Who would want to give this depraved person a job? These were shocking acts of torture against defenceless birds for Maxwell's pleasure.

These people are the dregs of society, they don't come any lower. Thank goodness we have the RSPCA to bring these cases to court.

Well at least the unions, like them or loathe them, were trying to look after the majority.

Now we know who has been the real enemy within after all? The greedy financial sector, especially the banks who have only looked after the very rich minority and lined their own pockets at the same time.

In my opinion what they have done, misusing savers' and investors' money, is criminal. …
