JOE KINNEAR is confident unsettled winger Charles N'Zogbia will be focused ahead of tonight's FA Cup clash with Hull City.

The temperamental star has made his desire to leave St James's Park crystal clear following a number of interviews in French newspaper L'Equipe.

The Chronicle revealed in later edition last night and on our website that his agent Frank Peslerbe had confirmed French champions Lyon were ready to make their move.

Kinnear has been irritated by Peslerbe's interference during January, with the player contracted at the club until 2012.

N'Zogbia faces a late fitness test tonight and may start at leftback, but Kinnear told the Chronicle today: "There is not a shadow of doubt he will give it his all.

"Charles is a talented player and, as long as we can harness him and get him to do the job in the right areas, he has fantastic ability.

"I have made it clear this week his future remains with Newcastle United. …
