ZODIAC Training believes passionately in people. Established in 1996 we have gone from strength to strength, delivering training across the UK with our roots firmly fixed in the North East.

Zodiac Training is an award winning organisation specialising in the delivery of a wide range of performance-enhancing services for individuals and organisations.

Zodiac is proud to have delivered training to more than 13,000 learners and to have served the training and recruitment needs of more than 1,500 organisations.

Zodiac's clients cover all areas of business and we offer a variety of apprenticeship and advanced apprenticeship programmes aimed at developing and accrediting people in the workplace.

We have seen our business grow from strength to strength. In 1996 Zodiac began with three staff, today we have more than 120 staff supported by a board of six directors.

Bucking the current economic downturn, a recruitment drive is currently under way to increase the number of staff to at least 150 by July this year.

During Zodiac's 13 years in business we have garnered a whole host of awards including Vision in Business Enterprise Award 2000, Investors in People Award, Customer First Award, Inside UK Enterprise Award and, most recently, Zodiac's founders Lilian Mains and Jacqui McQueen were presented with the North East Women in Technology/Innovation Award 2008.

Zodiac's success has also seen us explore new and innovative methods of training. We were the first company in the country to successfully deliver eNVQs (Electronic National Vocational Qualification) and have invested in immersive technolog y.
