CONTRACTS

-- Auld & White Constructors, on behalf of the McDonald's Corp., was retained by Bovis Lend Lease Inc. for beverage bar renovations. The company has also begun a three-floor renovation of 58,000 square feet of office space for the Prudential Building. The project will also include the demolition and renovation of the 14th, 15th and 18th floors. The new space will be occupied by tenant Interline Brands sometime in February. Additionally, Auld & White Constructors has been retained by Hardage-Giddens Funeral Homes for renovations in Jacksonville Beach and Orange Park. The project will be complete this spring.

DONATIONS/GRANTS

-- The Jinglebells Pro-Am Golf Tournament sponsored by the Monique Burr Foundation raised $250,000. The tournament drew 23 teams. Funds will go toward child abuse prevention programs throughout Duval.

-- Circumference America Inc. was honored with two awards for top performance from Sunteck Transport Group. The company also received Sunteck's Gold Award for being one of the company's highest-producing agents.

-- David Cushman of the Florida Department of Children and Families was honored with the Michael E. Hanrahan Award for Outstanding Service. The award was presented by the Northeast Florida Council on Alcoholism and Drug Abuse.

-- First Guaranty Bank has received an "Outstanding" rating from the FDIC.

-- John Higbe, vice president of information services development for Landstar, was honored as one of Computerworld's Premier 100 IT Leaders.

-- Judy Hicks was named as Re/Max Coastal Real Estate's top agent for 2008.

-- Lara Ortiz, a creative services director for Brunet-Garcia Multicultural Advertising and Public Relations, was recognized on DMNews' list, 30 under 30: The Young and the Restless in DM. DMNews is a leading publication for marketing and public relations.

-- LBA Certified Public Accountants PA has announced that Eric Ingalls and Chris Kolnicky have passed their CPA exams.

-- Linda Bevilacqua Farber was named Top Producing Talent by the First Coast Talent Agency for the second consecutive year.
