THE EASTER Break has never looked so good and screamed so loud, with pre-purchase tickets sold out for the Coconet Classic 09 at Boyne Island from April 8 to 12.

Joining the already massive line-up (including The Living End, Spiderbait and The Butterfly Effect to name a few) will be Epidemic...Over, The Silence, Whyte Zebra, Militia, Kissing The Blue Lady, Fusillade, The Short Fall and DJ Lawrie Pop.

The tunes are set to explode at Dennis Park, Boyne Island.

The five-day festival will host an array of extreme fun including the National Kiteboarding Titles at Tannum Esplanade, April 8 to 12.

Skate, scooter and BMX competitions will be held at Boyne Skate Park on April 10 and 11.

The bikini and boardshorts competition, markets and live local musicians will be at the Tannum Esplanade on April 10.

After the release of their second EP last year, Kill Joy Crush, The Silence are pumped for the Coconet Classic.

Supporting great music sensations like Magic Dirt, Diana Anaid and Gyroscope, the band has gained a second vocalist to bring a whole new element to their music.

Epidemic...Over are a promising four-piece band combining hard-hitting guitars and emotional vocals held together by a tight and driving rhythm section.

Their debut self-titled EP combines their unique blend of alternative and progressive heavy rock with memorable hooks and sing-a-long choruses. .

One of the most dynamic and energetic bands in Central Queensland with heavy, unique sounds and punk/rock influences, Militia will provide an explosive experience for any onlooker.

Music fans should expect nothing but a high-energy show with great catchy dance tunes from these guys.

Danielle Rigden and Keshia Kiely from Kissing the Blue Lady are known for their distinctive, beautiful harmonies with rhythmic tones of a guitar and cello.
