IT'S easy to see what generation Z has to rave about with Twilight. Many months after the Twilight book series introduced us to the torturous love between pure Bella Swan and ethereal Edward Cullen comes the movie that has shaped an international craze.

You've got two gorgeous young leads in Robert Pattinson as our blood-thirsty hero and Kristen Stewart as the hallowed, but gritty Bella and they do have the beginnings of a great screen chemistry. Added to the mix is the forbidden love story that is rivalled by no other - that between a vampire and what should be his meal (and continues to threaten to be so throughout the 121 minutes), the resident bad boy in Cam Gigandet (who could forget the sexy Volchek of The OC fame?) and more action than you could expect in a Bruce Willis movie.

As a fan of the novel, I had a great deal of pre-screening excitement waiting to see what the buzz was about. It can be said the silver screen has done a commendable adaptation, but it does fall short. …
