Peacefully at home on Wednesday April 1st, after a short illness, Derrick, aged 69 years, a much loved husband of Pam, loving dad of Carolyn, Andrew and Julie, proud grandad to all his grandchildren, a dear father - in - law, brother and brother - in - law. Funeral Service to be held at York Crematorium on Thursday April 9th at 2.30pm.

Family flowers only please, donations in lieu may be given to Macmillan Nurses, a plate will be provided at the service.
