GRAPHIC sexual images which appear to contravene national legislation have been posted on the website of a Sunshine Coast swingers club which can be accessed by any members of the public.

With the click of a mouse, internet users are able to access graphic images of hardcore pornography.

The Noosa Swingers site contains images taken by members of the group of penetrative and oral sex, masturbation and bondage fetishes.

Such images are prohibited under Australian Communications and Media Authority guidelines.

Christine Donnelly of the ACMA said the organisation did not provide a view on individual sites other than by investigating a complaint if one was made.

The legislation under which the ACMA operates, the Broadcasting Services Act 1992, states websites depicting actual sexual activity are prohibited.

The Noosa Swingers site is owned by a Noosa Heads-based company, Fluffy Enterprises Pty Ltd.

Attempts were made to contact the company, but its listed phone number did not exist. …
