WOWZERS!

Co-WORKER USES REALLY COOL WORD, INSPIRES TWEETDOM

This is a shout out to my co-worker Jason Pratt. Jason, he knows a lot about computers and the Internet and how they are related. He's the one who told me that moving the mouse or tapping the space bar turns off the screen saver. Eureka! (Up to then I always bought a new computer every time it went to screen saver because I couldn't figure out how to get back to the work I was doing).

Anyway, now I am even more grateful because he used the word "wowzers" on Twitter recently. Neat-O, I LOVE wowzers! And best of all, him doing so sets up the next section, which is about them old-timey words we wish would make a comeback. Thanks big J!

REALITY SHOW IDEA

YOU PICK WHO GETS LAID OFF!

Just when you think they've run out of bad ideas for reality shows, along comes A.M. Stir Studio Production's very own "Fire the Co-Worker" concept.

The idea is that a film crew would observe a business actually in the process of downsizing. Every employee's every move would be meticulously documented and filmed. They would be interviewed and interrogated about his or her performance that day. Then, toward the end of the program, viewers could call in or text to vote on which employee got the ax that day. …
