Fertilisers See Profits Up by 20 per Cent; Ausmin Launch New Granular Range of Local- Made Fertiliser

THE launch last year of the Platinum Range of granular fertilisers by local fertiliser manufacturer Ausmin Australia is helping farmers improve their bottom line.

To support the 'in field' results the company invested in several trials to give farmers an indication on what to expect in terms of a better bottom line.

Trials Work Published

Marketing Manager Mark McNamee said "the henty trials conducted by Dr Maarten Stapper compared Ausmin Platinum 570 to MAP, gross margin margins improved by 14 per cent. A bit closer to home just north of Inverell, the results were even better".

The Ausmin products combine soluble nutrients with bio-stimulants which enhance nutrient processing in the soil.

McNamee said "on average our products are $100 to $150 per tonne less expensive than conventional fertilisers however they are proven to maintain yields. We invite farmers who are looking to support an immerging fertiliser company to consider the Ausmin range this season". …
