DAVID Cameron's past is emerging to haunt him in more ways than one. Over the weekend it was revealed that young Dave accepted an all-expenses paid trip to apartheid South Africa in 1989 while Nelson Mandela was still in prison. Now a video called "Acid House Sunrise 1988 Part 4" has appeared on YouTube purporting to show the Tory white hope at a rave 0.12 seconds into the clip.

Since becoming Tory leader, the old Etonian Cameron has maintained complete silence on his drugs history. In 2007, it was revealed that as a schoolboy, Mr Cameron owned up to teachers at Eton after being named by a fellow pupil as a cannabis user, and was disciplined by the school.

The YouTube clip is purple-tinted and grainy, making it tricky to tell whether the long-haired youth is indeed the Tory leader, although at first glance there is a faint resemblance. Guido Fawkes, aka Paul Staines, the blogger who exposed the Damian McBride Smeargate scandal, was coincidentally head of PR for the 1988-89 rave party planners, Sunrise. …
