NAKED, drunk and under the influence of drugs, former Bandidos Motorcycle Club associate Aimee Pearl Haynes had some unwelcome visitors on February 26.

When police knocked down the door and entered a Grafton Street residence known to them as being a local Bandidos supporters' house, they found a naked Haynes in bed, the Warwick Magistrates Court heard yesterday.

Once the officers were inside, police prosecutor Sergeant Ken Wiggan said Haynes then proceeded to have a hit of cannabis from a pipe at the end of the bed in front of the police.

Sgt Wiggan told the court Haynes, in her intoxicated state, was violent towards police officers and spat at them, in the end having to be handcuffed and forcibly taken to the watchhouse.

Since this episode however, the unemployed 19-year-old has started on a path to rehabilitation and moved to Killarney, her defence counsel Carl Settgast told the court.

Mr Settgast told Magistrate Anne Thacker his client instructed him she had not been in contact with the Bandidos for about six weeks. …
