LYN Wildman has seen a lot of changes in the real estate industry over the past 30 years.

The advent of technology such as mobile phones and the internet are some of them ... how they have revolutionised the way property is bought and sold.

However, some things have remained the same. Like putting customers first.

Lyn Wildman has been inducted into LJ Hooker's prestigious 21 Club at the 2009 Night of the Stars on the Gold Coast.

Lyn began her career at Peregian Beach at what was then Eureka Realty but embraced the LJ Hooker name nine years later.

"This is a career milestone," she said. "LJ Hooker is Australia's best real estate network in terms of our selling systems, performance, our customer service and our national commitment to a professional real estate industry."

LJ Hooker managing director Alan Lambert said the company proudly recognised the loyalty, commitment and dedication of its family members who have been around for 21 years.

"On behalf of the whole LJ Hooker network I would like to congratulate Lyn for achieving membership to our exclusive 21 Club," he said.

More than 750 guests attended the awards celebration which recognised the achievements of LJ Hooker offices and individuals throughout Queensland and northern New South Wales.

"Becoming a member of the LJ Hooker 21 Club is a little like having a birthday cake with too many candles on it," Lyn Wildman said.

"Delight at achieving such a landmark is mingles with the thought of that many years.

"Added to the nine years establishing and building my agency before joining the L J Hooker network, it does invite some reflection."

After a rewarding and enjoyable first career as a teacher, Lyn said her involvement in real estate was a love affair with the Sunshine Coast and the lifestyle it offered her family.

"It gave rise to this second and enduring passion for real estate.

"I guess I did not think too far ahead at that time and certainly never envisaged the success and accolades I have now achieved. …
