Blackout practice covers all of Teesside COVERING the whole of Teesside, from Redcar to Hartlepool to Darlington, a huge blackout practice was held on Saturday July 15. Auxiliary firemen and ambulance drivers were on duty and there was a mock mobilisation of rescue services. The blackout was to last from midnight to 2am.
