IT was the Coffs Swans of old at Fitzroy Oval in their 75-point win over Grafton.

Honours were shared in an entertaining first quarter, with neither side able to hold momentum in the damp conditions. Shawn Purton was dangerous up forward during this time for the Tigers, as was Scott Morgan, as the duo kept the score ticking over.

The second term saw the Swans gain a timely lead with Sam Turner delivering well and kicking a miracle goal from the forward pocket. Grafton lacked accountability at this stage as the Swans ran riot through the middle.

The Tigers were unable to add to their score in the premiership quarter with the Swans sealing the win with one of Evan Duryea's six goals. Duryea was excellent and added a lot of spark and direction which was desperately needed after the Swans big loss last weekend.

The Tigers missed a beat with Dale Beaver playing up forward during the opening stages after half time. As a result, Grafton lacked the pace needed to bust the game open and give the dangerous Purton more of the ball near goal. …
