A 12-year-old girl sat in the dark on her bedroom floor vomiting into a bucket because she was so scared.

Outside up to 15 people sat drinking and smoking on her window sill.

At neighbouring blocks drunken party-goers urinated on the walls of houses and in gardens; the stench still stinging the air and staining the ground more than a week later.

Christine Gibson returned to her Eli Waters home at about 8pm on June 17 to a street crowded with taxis dropping off young adults.

Music was "blaring" and Ms Gibson described the scene as "awful".

A party was being thrown at a Brolga Court house opposite Ms Gibson's, organised, neighbours thought, by a young woman.

Ms Gibson said throughout the night residents dealt with people fighting in their yards and ripping out fence palings.

"It was just ridiculous. There were just people everywhere. It was like I was throwing the party."

Ms Gibson and her husband, Sam, work seven days a week and were used to coming home to a quiet cul-de-sac. …
