New breakfast express service to London A NEW breakfast-time express called The Tees-Thames was to give Teesside its fastest railway service to London in the autumn, it was announced. It would have an average speed of 60mph leaving Middlesbrough at 7.40am and arriving at Kings Cross at 12.15pm.
