Jazz. Neo soul. Wine. Rolled-up tobacco. These are the things Poppy Love Smoke is made of. The 3-year-old downtown cigar shop has expanded in recent months to include a cozy, classy little bar and music lounge.

Poppy's happy hour runs from 3 to 8 p.m. daily and gets you a buck off drinks most days, and 2-for-1 pricing Wednesdays and Fridays from 5 to 8 p.m.

Those with a taste for super-sweet wines should stop in on Tuesdays for the Sangria Sipper - your first of the night is on Poppy. They mix their sangria with love, too, each batch taste-tested by the staff to ensure peak fruitiness.

This weekend's musical lineup at Poppy's: Free Your Mind Friday features DJ Rayzorsedge spinning soul, R&B and jazz after 9 p. …
