-- The North Florida Chapter for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation has named the following board members for 2010. They are: Karin Grantham, David Head, Don Jacobovitz, Les Jebson and Susan Luce. The JDRF has also announced that Fran Chinnici will serve as the board president.


-- Addison Commercial Real Estate's Grafton Addison III and Mike Lucas have sold 1,609-square-foot condominium to Robert Dupree Jr. The building is located at 101 Whitehall Drive, Suite 108, at St. Augustine's Flagler-Whitehall Professional Park. Addison and Lucas represented the sellers, Flagler-Whitehall Office and Storage LLC. The company has also announced that Jesse Shimp, sales associate of Addison Commercial Real Estate, leased 1,200 square feet to Caribbean Joy Cuisine in Village Square Professional Park, located at 2245 Plantation Center Drive, Suite 29. …
