Well done

MINISTER for Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry Tony Burke yesterday congratulated Landcare volunteers in the Rockhampton region for their continuing hard work, at the start of National Landcare Week, from September 7 to 13.

In July, Mr Burke announced $99,500 for the Fitzroy River and Coastal Catchments group to support the work of five Landcare and other groups, covering around 45% of the Fitzroy region.
