CHARLESTON SOUTHERN (0-2) AT USF (2-0), 7 P.M.: After being dismantled 62-3 by Florida two weeks ago, the Buccaneers venture back to Florida to take on USF today, hoping for a little better result. They actually have a common opponent this year in Wofford. USF beat the Terriers 40-7; Charleston Southern lost to them 42-12 last week. For USF, it will almost certainly serve as a tune-up for next Saturday's highly anticipated game at FSU.

BUFFALO (1-1) AT UCF (1-1), 7:30 P.M.: The reigning Mid-American Conference champion makes the trip to Orlando for a game that should be an interesting one. The Bulls, coached by former Nebraska standout Turner Gill, beat UCF in 2004, and outgained Big East contender Pittsburgh 500-384 in a loss last Saturday. UCF is coming off a Conference USA loss to Southern Miss. Former Jaguars receiver Reggie Barlow is the head coach of the SWAC's Hornets, and he has a passing attack that will be hard to stop. Alabama State's Chris Mitchell has passed for six touchdowns in two games, three of them to Darius Mathis. Nicholas Andrews has 14 receptions for a conference-best 260 yards and two touchdowns.

Texas hasn't lost since then. Meanwhile, Crabtree is one of the most famous unemployed athletes in the world (holding out after being drafted No. …
