BARNETT (Gilsland). In hospital on 23rd September 2009, aged 64 years, Jeff, much loved husband of Marian and dear father of Carl and Cheryl, a loved and devoted grandad to Jamie, Jack and Lucy, dearly loved by all family and friends. Service and cremation to take place at Carlisle Crematorium, on Thursday October 1st at 1.20pm. Family flowers only donations in lieu of flowers if desired to Bowel Cancer Research c/o Dodds of Hexham, NE46 2EW.

BAXTER (Cramlington). Tragically on September 19th, aged 36 years, Keri, a beloved daughter of Ray and the late Anne, a dearest big sister of Kirsty and adored granddaughter of Evelyne and the late Don. She will be sadly missed by all family and friends. Service and cremation to be held at Tynemouth Crematorium, Walton Avenue on Tuesday September 29th at 1.00pm. Friends please meet at the crematorium. Family flowers only please by request, donations in lieu to the Marie Curie Hospice, there will be a donation plate provided at the crematorium. CAIRNS (Gosforth). Passed away on Sunday September 20th 2009, at the Freeman Hospital, Newcastle, Elizabeth (nee Archer, formerly Goddard), beloved wife of the late Frank Goddard and then in later years wife of the late Alan Cairns, dearly loved mother of Mim and Mon, mother in law to Jim and David, loving grandmother to Ruth, Rebecca, Andrea, David, Simon and Sharon, cherished and adored grannie to Jenni, Jonathan, Victoria, Ellen, Thomas, Naomi, Keri, Bobby and Hana. Elizabeth was very proud of her family and all of their achievements in life, especially her great grandchildren who surround her with undivided love and adored her, a loving understanding, supporting and caring person, who loved her family and her friends. Would friends please meet for service at the Coxlodge Methodist Church on Monday September 28th at 10.30am, followed by interment at Hollywood Cemetery, Gosforth at 11.30am.
