Following are crimes and other incidents reported recently in the Riverside, Avondale and surrounding Westside areas, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office:

BURGLARY:

Apartments at 6925 Ortega Woods Drive - Two refrigerators, two stoves, two microwaves, a washer and dryer valued together at $5,200 were stolen from two vacant units between 4 p.m. Monday and 10 a.m. Tuesday.

6900 block of Deauville Road - Two cans of paint and 13 boxes of tiles were stolen between 5:30 p.m. Sept. 18 and 1:30 p.m. the next day after someone kicked in a door.

Two apartments at 1214 Labelle St. - Two laptop computers and a telephone were stolen between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. Sept. 19 after someone broke into one apartment, then smashed a hole in a wall and ransacked a second apartment next door.

4800 block of Palmer Avenue - Two sets of door locks and three light fixtures were stolen from a vacant home between 2 p.m. Sept. …
