- Prosperity Bank's Southpark building has been renamed the Hamilton D. Upchurch Building, which is at 100 Southpark Blvd. in St. Augustine.


- The Jacksonville Regional Chamber of Commerce has nominated Hugh Greene to be chamber chairman in 2011. Greene, Baptist Health president and CEO, will begin his duties as chair-elect in January.

- WJCT has announced its board of trustees officers and members for the 2010 fiscal year. They are: Alison Lee, community volunteer; L. Craig Merritt, senior vice president, American Enterprise Bank of Florida; Kent Simon, vice president of marketing services, PGA Tour; and Glenn Ullmann, president of Ullmann Financial.


- Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has announced the sale of Reserve at James Island. The 51 rental condos sold for $4.4 million, representing $85,476 per unit. - Addison Commercial Real Estate Inc. has announced that Steve Orman has leased 4,493 square feet of retail space to Physical Therapy Associates of Orange Park, doing business as Progressive Step Rehabilitation of Orange Park in the Pine Tree Plaza Shopping Center. The shopping center is at 410 Blanding Blvd., Suite 6A. Orman also leased 925 square feet of warehouse space to Power Pros Inc. in Philips Highway Commerce Center, at 1020 Spinaker Lane. Orman represented the tenant in both transactions.

- Coldwell Banker Commercial Benchmark has announced the leasing of 8933 Western Way, Suite 11. The listing company for the 9,870 square feet was Hallmark Partners. The company has also announced its newest listing/industrial office: 1922-1936 Southampton Road with a combined 6,364 square feet. …
