Rubens Barrichello has won the pole for his hometown Brazilian Grand Prix in Sao Paulo in a chaotic qualifying session that was affected by heavy rain.

He's the only title contender who will start in the top 10 for today's race.

Brawn GP teammate and Formula One championship leader Jenson Button will start 14th.

JERMAIN TAYLOR LOSES

Arthur Abraham knocked out Jermain Taylor with six seconds left in the opening bout of the Super Six super middleweight tournament in Berlin.

Abraham (31-0, 25 KOs), the former middleweight standout moving up a division for the first time, was set to win on points, but flattened Taylor (28-4-1) with a right to his chin at 2:54 of the 12th round.

Carl Froch (26-0, 20 KOs) retained his WBC super middleweight title with a 115-112 decision over Andre Dirrell (18-1) in the second fight of the event.
