FOUR years since she won Triple J's Light My Fuse competition, local singer Dallas Frasca has hit the road with Not for Love or Money, her debut album of roots, blues and rock.

Hannah Broomfield spoke with the 'girl who cannot sit still' ahead of the tour's last gig - tomorrow night.

You won the Light My Fuse competition in 2006. Tell us about that experience.

I recorded a four-track demo to apply- in one night, for a slab of beer. We submitted without any expectations then suddenly, we were selected from 500 entrants and flown to Melbourne by Triple J. Then, Peter Noble from Bluesfest saw us and invited us to the festival that year.

Since then, you've toured extensively, how is this current tour going?

Fantastic; we've sold some rooms out, which is beautiful. You work so hard for your music and your art, and it's so good when it starts to resonate with people.
