Hello to all,

'Tis the season for getting out and enjoying our community festivities. I want to share with you some excellent choices to enjoy.

I would also like for you to share with me some of your favorite things happening around the Northwest so I can include them in next week's column. Where are your favorite decorated houses?

BOAT PARADE TONIGHT

The Julington Creek Prop Club is presenting its annual "Christmas on the Creek" lighted boat parade tonight. The parade will begin on the west side of the creek in Bulls Bay at 7 p.m. and proceed around the bay, under the bridge, all the way down the creek and then return to the Julington Creek Marina.

Be sure to arrive early and get a good spot on the bridge for viewing.

BOAT PARADE, PART 2

Beginning at 6 p.m., the boats will light up Matanzas Bay between the Bridge of Lions and Castillo de San Marcos.

Another great thing to visit down in St. Augustine is Nights of Lights. It is always a special trip down there to see over 2 million white lights that adorn the city. This is a must-see for everyone.

TROLLEY TIME

St. Johns Golf & Country Club is having its annual Holiday Traditions celebration on Sunday from 5-8 p.m.

The evening events include trolley rides taking their residents to the park for toboggan rides, hay rides, hot cocoa and cider, a show with Mrs. Claus, and of course, pictures with Santa.

LUMINARIA

Greenridge I and II on Roberts Road will be dressed up with luminaria on Dec. 20.

Cimarrone Country Club will be displaying luminaries Dec. 13. The Bartram Trail Concert Chorus and Vocal Ensemble will be singing at the Cimarrone Swim/Tennis Center at 7 p. …
