IT'S one of the latest and snazziest phones on the market - and it could be yours thanks to Harvey Norman and the Daily Mercury.

Readers have the chance to win the Sony Ericsson Xperia X1 as part of a technology prize pool worth $30,000.

There are 100 prizes up for grabs, including iPods, laptops, desktop computers, digital SLR cameras, GPS systems and Nintendo Wiis in the Harvey Norman Computers and Daily Mercury 'Great Gift Giveaway'.

Harvey Norman Mackay communications manager Matt Tognolini said the Sony Ericsson Xperia X1 was one of the best phones on the market.

"I'd probably consider it a leader in the technology field," Mr Tognolini said.

"It's the phone anyone on the street can use or anybody who uses business applications."

The first step to put yourself in the running to win the Sony Ericsson Xperia X1 - or other technology devices - is to cut out the entry form in Saturday's Daily Mercury. …
