CONTINUED strong demand for home sites in south-east Queensland's high-growth Western Corridor has prompted the early launch of Devine's newest community, Mountview at Redbank Plains.
The pre-release of stage one will feature 87 home sites with home and land packages starting from $299,900.
The community, which will be released in nine stages, will eventually have 1300 homes.
The early launch of Mountview follows the sell-out success of Devine's popular Cedar View community, also at Redbank Plains.
Devine Queensland general manager Paul Nash said more and more investors and owner occupiers were searching for home sites in the booming Ipswich region.
"Ipswich is definitely the new property hotspot in south-east Queensland, which has been proven by the unprecedented success of Cedar View," Mr Nash said.
"Buyers are searching for properties that offer value for money in a great location and plenty of growth potential. Cedar View, and now Mountview, offers all of this and more.
