* RE story (QT 11/4) boat people, I have to agree with SV from Booval, majority of boat people are genuine refugees and we shouldn't feel threatened by them, I say lend a helping hand. And to the government, I believe they're to blame for selling off Australia to overseas investors, soon we won't be able to call Australia home.

* WELL Mr Diller I'm all for immigration just as much as you are and I couldn't agree more that if it weren't for most of the legal immigrants Australia would be seriously understaffed. I am just saying that if you want to come to this great country take a number and get in line. They are putting a strain on our resources - Australia for Australians. Legal immigrants and Australians working together no problems but no more freeloaders. You know who!

It's the Year 2010 and fortunately most of us want Ipswich to become a respectable city not a slum that breeds thieves and uneducated fools that live in trailer parks.
