BULLET TRAIN can take the next step along the road to bigger things with victory in the Dubai Duty Free Golf World Cup Conditions Stakes at Newbury.

Entered at the latest supplementary stage for the Derby at a cost of pounds 8,000, the Henry Cecil-trained colt was sent off favourite to win on his debut at Yarmouth last year and rewarded the support with a cosy short-head success over another newcomer, Lion Mountain.
