THE Nash family adog-leggeda around the world to get to the Sunshine Coast's Headland Park.

They left England, spent six years in Dunedin, New Zealand, before finally finding their perfect patch on earth.

"When we left England, one thing we never considered was the weather," Tony Nash said.

"The weather in New Zealand can be quitea[degrees] changeable.

"It's warm in the day and then cold at night. It was also too far away from everything else.

"We had a holiday on the Gold Coast and realised this was the climate we wanted."

Then the family discovered the Sunshine Coast.

"I'm 48, if I was 28, the Gold Coast would have been fine," Mr Nash
