Training Firm Set to Expand More Than Minds

TRAINING company Footprint Learning and Development is looking to expand its client base after learning the secrets of the unconscious mind.

The East Boldon firm's founders attended courses on neuro-linguistic programming and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator to gain extra insight on the way the mind works and makes decisions.

It believes that incorporating this thinking into its own training programmes has brought in an extra business worth pounds 30,000 in the last six months. Directors Mandy Holloway, Tom Welburn and Vicky Holland approached Business Link for assistance when they set-up the company five years ago. The service provided advice and helped Footprint get access to funding from the North East England Investment Centre to help fund business development and training.
