STAGE three of the Golf and Country Club land at Pacific Harbour, Bribie Island, has been developed by QM Properties.

Pacific Harbour sales and marketing director Annette Mengel said this stage consisted of 25 blocks, with 16 of these already sold off the plan.

Buyers can now tee off for the good life, on one of the last Stage three blocks at Pacific Harbour Golf and Country Club.

Three golf front blocks overlook the 8th Fairway, four golf view blocks overlook the 10th Fairway and the other two nestle golf side.

The land ranges in size from 525sq m to 1136sq m. Prices start at $269,000 for golf side blocks to $354,500 for the golf front land.

Pacific Harbour is bucking property trends, with over 97 homes, valued at more than $44 million, constructed in the past 12 months.

The Pacific Harbour sales are predominantly from Brisbane buyers looking to take advantage of a coastal lifestyle, within a stone's throw from the city.

Data presented recently by property analyst Michael Matusik, also supports investing in sea change locations such as Pacific Harbour with the median house price in these areas growing by 340% in the past 10 years, from $201,048 to $685,414. …
