PLAYER-WISE, Villa are one of the top eight sides in the Premier League. On paper, the rest of us fall some way short. Do we stick with a respectful 4-5-1 or go for it with a 4-4-2 formation? Either way, we need the likes of Gutierrez and Routledge provide width and supply quality crosses to Carroll - with more supporting players in Villa's penalty area.

A DRAW in this one wouldn't be the end of the world, but as with all our home fixtures this season we have to go for the win. Villa looked good against a poor West Ham side last week, but with the midweek trip to Vienna they may be a bit jaded. With the players they have (even without Milner) expect them to be challenging for Europe again this season.
