The following is a compilation of reports from Beaches-area police departments:

ATLANTIC BEACH

- A 21-year-old woman was charged with possession of more than 20 grams of marijuana and possession with intent to sell the drug following a traffic investigation about 9:20 p.m. Sunday at Veteran's Memorial Park, 100 First St. W.

Police said an officer on patrol saw the woman parked in a 1998 Ford Explorer. When the officer approached, he smelled marijuana. The woman inside showed the officer two marijuana cigarettes. The officer then searched the vehicle and found a cardboard cigar box with three plastic bags containing a combined 113.8 grams of marijuana inside. The woman was arrested.

NEPTUNE BEACH

- A series of vehicle burglaries Thursday and Friday have police looking for leads to any suspects. Most of the vehicles were left unlocked and were parked in the areas of the 1300 block of Trailwood Drive, 2000 block of Cherokee Drive, 1400 block of Forest Marsh Drive and the 200 block of Hopkins Street.

Police said a Jeep, Dodge, Toyota, BMW, Chevrolet and Honda were all burglarized and items ranging from laptop computers, digital cameras and iPod music systems were stolen.

One of the computers stolen from a 2002 Dodge Durango on Cherokee Drive belonged to an employee of the U.S. Homeland Security Department. Police said the employee was driving a vehicle owned by the agency, but that nothing on the computer would jeopardize national security. The employee, a 53-year-old man, told police he locked the doors to the sport utility vehicle. Police said they could find no signs of forced entry into the vehicle.

- A 22-year-old man was charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and petit theft following the report of a stolen pack of cigarettes about 10:50 p.m. Thursday at Kangaroo Express, 301 Atlantic Blvd. …
