JIMMY Crease admits Berwick Rangers are down to the bare bones as they look for a first win in seven games against rock-bottom Clyde.

Darren Gribben, Jamie Ewart and Paul Currie are all doubts while Stuart Callaghan is a long-term absentee, meaning Crease has had to promote from the youth team to fill out his squad.

To add to his problems, David Greenhill is suspended.

It is hardly ideal preparation for a team down on its luck, and Crease admits it will make things tough against a Clyde side he believes is better than its league position suggests. He said: "We are down to the bare bones and that makes it a bit harder for us.

"Clyde might be at the bottom of the league, but I have said all along their side is better than its league position suggests.

"Clyde have very good players in their squad. …
