CREATING something from scratch is always a rewarding venture.

Whether it is a vegetable garden to create healthy home-cooked meals or home brew to share and enjoy with good company, there's no greater satisfaction than to be able to blow your own trumpet to your friends and family with something home made.

As you build up your level of confidence and experience in cheese making, you can try your hand at cheeses with intermediate or advanced difficulty levels including camembert, blue cheese and hard cheese.

"Once you start making other cheeses aside from the Italian you will require some more equipment like a cheese vat, incubator and maturing box, which is all included in the Basic Equipment Kit," Glenys said. …
