NEIL BUTLER has done something that many of us would like to do.

The Ballina Supa Ritchies IGA baker sacked his boss.

Not just the store boss, but the company chief executive, Fred Harrison a and it all happened on national television.

Mr Harrison was taking part in the Channel 10 Australianseries of a[approximately]Undercover Boss'.

Mr Butler, a baker for 15 years who has worked at the Ballina store since it opened more than four years ago, said his com-pany CEO was just not keeping up the pace.

The cover which Mr Harrison used during filming was Murray Taylor, who was supposedly taking part in a documentary called On The Job about people starting apprenticeships.

Mr Harrison turned up to work at 3.30am for his shift, and Mr Butler started him on mixing dough for bread. …
