What will you be serving up this Christmas? MARIE TURBILL gets a taste for some traditional festive fare.

WHICH bird will be adorning your Christmas table this December 25? According to Newboulds, Coulby Newham, manager, Allison Powell, there's plenty of options to tempt your family's tastebuds.

"Turkey obviously remains popular for Christmas, along with beef and pork."

But she says, so far this year, sales of old school favourites such as goose are also seeing a surge.
