CRICKET: Australian all-rounder Shane Watson says he has a new perspective on life.

Watching the devastation of floods in his home town of Ipswich, Watson says cricket appears ainconsequentiala.

The Ashes defeat suddenly doesn't mean as much; nor does delivering one of the greatest international Twenty20 performances.
